Our pre-race packet pick up volunteers will help with handing out race packets and shirts before the race Saturday. You will also receive a complimentary shirt for volunteering. If available, feel free to sign up for more than one shift; we would love to have you!

Shift from 6:15 am until 9:30 am

Our Volunteer Check-In Supporters will assist with checking in RACE DAY volunteers, ensuring they have submitted required forms, receive their VOLUNTEER t-shirts, and are directed to their volunteer stations. The Volunteer & Donor Engagement Coordinator, Anna Otto, will be working with you closely!

Once you've completed your volunteer tasks, be sure to stick around for the LIVE MUSIC, refreshments, and children's area activities.

Title: Registration Assistants

Saturday, October 26
7:00 am - 9:30 am

Our registration assistants will help with day-of registration by getting race participants their shirts and bibs for the race. You will receive a complimentary VOLUTNEER shirt on race day!

Once you've completed your volunteer tasks, be sure to stick around for the LIVE MUSIC, refreshments, and children's area activities.

Our Course Monitors help ensure the safety of all race participants by staying on the course and communicating if there is an emergency. You will receive a complimentary VOLUNTEER shirt on race day.

Our refreshment volunteers will help with assembling, plating, serving, and clean-up. You will receive a complimentary VOLUNTEER shirt on race day.
