Every child deserves a great education. They’re counting on heroes like you for that opportunity. A new backpack full of school supplies truly can have a profound impact on a child’s learning experience and it can reduce stress for our youth and families. You can be a Youth Villages Backpack Hero by donating backpacks filled with school supplies or raising crucial funds to support a child in your community.

Here's how it works

We have a goal to help supply 300 youth in North Carolina with essential school supplies.

There are three ways you can become a Hero:

1. Purchase school supplies and backpacks to help a student start the school year off successfully by using this Amazon Wish List.
2. Grab some co-workers, friends, family, or others to donate money towards helping youth in your area. Set up a fundraising page and then start sharing via email or social media. For every $100 you raise you can help another youth.
3. Make a $100 donation and Youth Villages will do the shopping for you.
