Shifts available from 7:30 am until 6:00 pm.

Our pre-race packet pick up volunteers will help with handing out race packets and shirts before the race Saturday. You will also receive a complimentary shirt for volunteering. If available, feel free to sign up for more than one shift; we would love to have you!

8:30 am - 11:30 am

Our children's area volunteers will oversee one particular station whether that be balloon animals, face painting, or inflatables! If you are interested in making balloons or face painting itself rather than overseeing, please contact anna.otto@youthvillages.org directly. You will also receive a complimentary shirt for volunteering. 

There will also be live music, refreshments, and children's activities after the race if you'd like to participate!

Saturday, November 11
8:00 am - 10:30 am

Our course monitor volunteers will ensure racers' safety by staying on track and communicating if there is an emergency. You will also receive a complimentary shirt for volunteering.

Our refreshment volunteers will assist with assembling, plating, serving, and clean up of our food and beverage area. You will also receive a complimentary shirt for volunteering.
